The Friends of Kellett School was inaugurated in May 2005.

Mission is to:
  • provide a channel of communication between US friends and Kellett School
  • act as a focus for those in the US wanting to support educational institutions located in both the US and foreign countries.

Donations from US Citizens
There are a number of ways in which you can help the school. Friends of Kellett School, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of Delaware. We have applied and been granted tax-exempt status as a public charity under Section 501(c) of the U.S. Internal Code which means donors should now be able to deduct donations to use for purposes of determining their U.S. income tax, subject to applicable limits under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. While it is expected that tax-exempt status will be granted, we cannot provide any assurances to donors regarding the ultimate deductibility of their contributions.

Friends of Kellett School, Inc. is an independent entity from the Kellett School and is managed by an independent Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has sole discretion over the use of donated funds and reserves the right to use donations for any purpose as determined by the Board of Directors.

Tax exempt status has been granted, however, we cannot provide tax advice. Donors and potential donors are advised to consult with their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of donated funds.
